Interim Legal Support – Multinational Organisation
Our client, headquartered in the UAE, was in the process of restructuring their business operations in the GCC. They needed a senior lawyer on-site and accessible to the senior management for a limited period, but did not require full-time support. Our senior legal consultant worked with the client for 3 months, on a 3 day per week flexible basis, for a fixed fee. Working closely with the management team, the consultant helped the client with ongoing legal and day-to-day operations.
